What is the invisible grills?
The invisible grills, also known as the invisible anti-theft net, is made of fixed aluminum profiles with steel wires drawn into a mesh shape. The thin steel wires create an invisible effect from a distance while providing security protection for high-rise building balcony windows.

What gap width is recommended?
Dollya recommends 2 inches for homes with pets and 3 to 4 inches for homes with young children. For safety, gaps should not exceed 5cm.

How does shipping work?
Aluminum profiles are shipped in 6-meter lengths (bundled 20-30 pieces), while stainless steel wire comes in 15kg rolls. Remote customers may request 3-meter cuts for easier delivery.
